The company was established in 1985 in Dallas, TX as a commercial floor covering company.

In 1989, DCR moved into business consulting. Our headquarters is located in Danielson, CT.

In May of 2005, DCR invented the "E-Z Lift Handle" for toilet seats to be sold all over the world.

Presently, DCR is the sole distributor and patent owner of the new toilet seat handle.
